The FI Early Career Fellowship Travel Grant promotes collaboration between world-class users and developers of large-scale research facilities and provides a forum to draw together researchers from a range of disciplines. This is designed to enable mobility of researchers between UK and international institutions, offering grants of up to £2,000 for travel and subsistence.

1. Funding may only be used to support travel and subsistence costs (up to £2,000) directly associated with the application.

2. Applications must be made using the application form, include a cost break down, and submitted to [email protected].

3. All applications must be received by 15 January 2020 and will be awarded by 1 February 2020.

4. All applications will be judged by members from our Expert Panel and awards will be made based on scientific merit as well as their contributions to meeting FI goals.

5. Applications involving travel from UK institutions to institutions abroad, or vice versa.

6. All funds must be allocated and spent by 1 October 2020.
