The 11th UK and World Energy Storage Conference (UKES27) will take place on 6–8 April 2027 at The University of Manchester, bringing together the energy storage community from across the UK and around the world.

UKES27 will provide a platform for students, researchers, educators and industry professionals to exchange ideas, share the latest research and technological developments, and establish new collaborations across the rapidly evolving energy storage sector.

The conference will cover a broad range of topics across six key themes:

• Materials for Storage

• Policy, Markets and AI

Abstract submissions are now open, with the extended abstract submission deadline on 1 October 2026.
